The library team from Indianna University Libraries have made a series of 1 minute videos in an effort to connect with their clients.

They are fabulous for many reasons. Firstly they are short and snappy, giving enough information to empower you in just one minute. They are quirky and use grabs from movies or sound effects to keep your attention.
The presenter, Anali uses quick visuals, clear words and pictures to share the message.
What a fabulous idea for our libraries!!
Not only for those students who just love using technology to access information, but for the shy students who don't find it easy to communicate with others, for the ones "too cool" to use the library- they would have options!, for the ones using the library late at night or early in the morning to get help to finish thier assignment , for those doing a bibliography for the first time ... I can see so many benefits!!
