A document we should all become increasingly more and more familiar with.
It is broken down into 3 main areas.

2. Know about teaching and learning across curriculm areas and also developmental levels.
3. Have a rich understanding of the school community and also the curriculum.
4. Have a specialist knowledge of information, resources, technology and library management.

TL's should
1. engage and challenge learners
2. collaboratively plan and resource curriculum
3. provide exemplary library and information services
4. evaluate student learning and library programs and services
Thirdly, Professional Commitment
1. Lifelong learning

3. Show leadership
4. community responsibilities.
